I am Glory Chong from 1B1.
I am 13 years old and my birthday is on the 1st of January.
I have been to different places before, such as Korea, Japan, Thailand etc.
My expectations of this trip:
I hope that i could be more mature and learn to grow through this trip. In the past, every time I faced difficulties, I always ask for help from my parents. In this trip,I want to try to overcome the problems by myself and try to have a deeper understanding of the foreign culture. Although I have been to England before, it would not be the same as we are going to live with the host families in time.
My strengths and weaknesses:
I love music and i am good at playing instruments. I am learning 3 kinds of instruments now, including erhu, violin and piano. I love playing instruments because I think that in music, we can find our true selves. Moreover music let me understand that' practice makes perfect' It may be a bit tiring and a bit harsh throughout the process, but after loads of hardwork, it brings me a sense of accomplishment. Music is unique :D I am also good at cooking :)
My weakness are Mathematics and PE. I am really bad at these subjects :(
